Buy EnterpriseEvent credits

Credits are the internal balance suppliers use to request introductions to corporate event briefs listed on EnterpriseEvent. Before purchasing, you can browse relevant opportunities in the opportunities feed to see the anonymous brief information available on each listing.

Requesting an introduction uses a 5-credit request fee and reserves 20 additional credits while the customer decides whether to approve the introduction. If the customer approves, the 20 reserved credits are spent and the brief’s contact details are released. If the customer declines, the 20 reserved credits are returned to your wallet.

Purchasing is handled securely through our payment provider. Credits are added to your wallet on successful payment and do not expire while your supplier account remains active under normal use. Refund and credit-restoration rules follow our terms and conditions. If you need help, contact support.
