Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EnterpriseEvent service. By using the service you agree to these terms.
The service
EnterpriseEvent is a curated Corporate Opportunity Network. We introduce London businesses ("customers") to vetted event suppliers ("suppliers") through a privacy-first, customer-controlled process.
Customer commitments
- Provide accurate information in briefs and contact details.
- Use the service to source suppliers for genuine corporate events.
- Respect suppliers you have chosen to be introduced to.
Supplier commitments
- Only request introductions where the supplier can genuinely help.
- Respect customer privacy — no unsolicited contact.
- Comply with all applicable laws, licensing and insurance requirements.
Introductions and contact details
Customer contact details are never shared with a supplier until the customer has approved that supplier's introduction request. Once approved, contact details are shared for the purpose of arranging the event.
Credits and payments
Suppliers may purchase credits to request introductions. Purchases are managed via our payments provider. Credit balances, matching fees and reservation rules are described inside the supplier area.
Liability
EnterpriseEvent introduces parties but is not a party to any contract for services agreed between a customer and a supplier. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service or breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
