How it works

A simple, customer-controlled way to find corporate event suppliers.

EnterpriseEvent introduces London businesses to reviewed corporate event suppliers. You decide who hears from you — your details stay private until you approve an introduction.

New to sourcing corporate suppliers? Read the corporate event planning checklist or start from the brief template.

  1. Step 01

    Create your brief

Tell EnterpriseEvent what you need, where and when. It only takes a few minutes and it's completely free.

  2. Step 02

Relevant reviewed suppliers request an introduction

Suitable suppliers review the anonymised opportunity and express interest. Each brief is limited to a maximum of three supplier introduction requests in total.

  3. Step 03

    Review anonymous supplier profiles

Compare relevant experience, credentials and evidence while your identity and contact details remain protected.

  4. Step 04

    Choose who may contact you

Contact details are released only when you approve an introduction. You are always in control.

Privacy and control

You stay anonymous until you approve an introduction.

Your brief is only shared as an anonymised opportunity. Suppliers can see the outline of the event and whether it's a fit for their service — but not who you are, your company name or your contact details.

When a supplier requests an introduction, you review an anonymous profile of their business. Only when you approve does EnterpriseEvent share contact details so you can continue the conversation directly.

  • Anonymous by default

Your identity is never shared without your permission.

  • Reviewed suppliers

Suppliers are reviewed before they can request introductions.

  • Focused, not flooded

A maximum of three supplier introduction requests per brief.
