Introduction pricing

Suppliers buy credits and use them when requesting introductions. A request uses a 5-credit request fee immediately and reserves 20 credits while the customer decides whether to approve the introduction.

If the customer approves, the 20 reserved credits are spent and contact details are released. If the customer declines, the 20 reserved credits are returned.

What credits do and do not mean

Credits let approved suppliers request introductions to relevant opportunities. They do not guarantee a customer reply, quote acceptance, booking or revenue.

Most credits are protected when the customer declines the introduction request. Credits are not returned simply because a customer becomes unresponsive after approving an introduction.

Credits are only deducted when you request an introduction to a customer.
